1995年，东北吉春市，两名戴着麻布头套的悍匪连杀数人劫走巨款，现场不留活口，手法毒辣到让全城胆寒。警察局长命令刑侦队长张震调查此案。早已隐退“江湖”多年的赵红兵因战友被杀，决定联合刑侦队长张震为牺牲的战友讨回这笔血债。

The evil went off the deep end, took a revenge of the village and killed everyone except two sisters because the evil wanted them to take care of its baby...
