　　阿坤（卡文英玛诺泰 饰）是个孤儿，由村里强大的萨满莱穆养大。他受雇驱魔，却偷偷进行黑魔法仪式，想提炼尸油赚钱迎娶心爱的女孩苏伊，没想到这触怒了鬼魂、招致报复。此时苏伊恰巧来找他，究竟阿坤能否以所学和信仰帮助自己和身边的人死里逃生？

离家十六年的陈家辉（陈坤 饰）在得知父亲陈为民（王劲松 饰）病危后，重返故乡。但父亲未留下只言片语便匆匆离世。葬礼之后，陈家辉与哥哥陈家兴（王砚辉 饰）、姐姐陈家媛（刘敏涛 饰）在整理父亲遗物时，逐渐察觉父亲身上似乎隐藏着许多不为人知的秘密。带着困惑与心结，陈家辉开始探寻父亲生前的生活轨迹，试图拼凑出父亲真实的模样。在这个过程中，一段埋藏了16年的家庭秘密逐渐被揭开，而这个秘密的核心，正是家辉与父亲之间一生都未能解开的那个结。

But Soriya’s waking hours in the apartment and its surroundings are punctuated by terrifying, bloody visions, almost as though she were a conduit for horrors of the past wanting to seep into the present.　　Inrasothythep Neth and Sokyou Chea’s blood-chilling psychological horror explores a personal and political past through the present, transforming a characterful space into an insidious environment. Surrounded by modern high-rises, this decrepit structure, with its brutalist architecture and peeling surfaces, is a relic from a dark period in history whose painful memories it has absorbed. In tracing Soriya’s ominous journey back to her roots, Tenement hints at a necessary reckoning with Cambodia’s political past without overplaying its historical dimension. It’s an impressive work from a woefully underrepresented national cinema.
